Clean room, comfortable amenities, with online check-in and digital key made my solo travel easier and more enjoyable. The location was safe with well-lit parking providing peace of mind.

WiFi charges and breakfast not included are disappointing.

The hotel had a great family-friendly vibe and a lovely pool area that the kids absolutely adored! We even took a short trip to explore local activities like hiking trails. The staff was super accommodating, especially with our little ones in tow.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining options could improve. It would be great to have more kid-friendly menu items or quicker options for families with children.

Loved the outdoor pool that even had an indoor section! The gym was well-equipped, and the laundry facility was a lifesaver traveling with my toddler. It was also great to relax near the pretty stream trail behind the hotel.

The outdoor pool was a pleasure with its unique design blending indoor and outdoor space it was perfect for our family. The guest laundry facility was extremely convenient while traveling with a toddler and made our stay much easier. We appreciated the amenities like the gym and business center which were well maintained.

The overall ambiance felt slightly dated compared to other hotels.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Time Warner Cable Arena for a Bobcats game and spent a day hiking nearby. The hotel was perfect—clean room and great service. Definitely a fun spot to stay with buddies. Remember to check out the coffee pods in the room!

my stay was amazing! i loved the friendly staff and the clean, spacious king room. my previous visit to charlotte wasn't as pleasant, so i was pleasantly surprised at how this hotel exceeded my expectations with its well-equipped gym and lovely indoor/outdoor pool.

The stay at Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Pineville was fantastic! I loved the clean and spacious room, which had a cozy corner perfect for relaxing. The outdoor/indoor pool was a great retreat, and the gym was perfect for keeping active. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
